Balkan è già noto nell'Europa dell'Est, ma molti clienti provenienti da altre parti del mondo spesso chiedono se è legittimo.
Non abbiamo un nostro laboratorio per effettuare controlli, tuttavia, vorrei sottolinearlo: Balkan è un produttore legale e ufficiale, non è un laboratorio sotterraneo. Ogni lotto supera il controllo di qualità in fabbrica e presso l'agenzia statale.
A questo potrei aggiungere che Balkan è un'azienda certificata ISO 9000. Questo significa molto e so di cosa sto parlando. Personalmente ho affrontato il processo di certificazione due volte in aziende diverse, una è riuscita ad ottenerla, l'altra ha fallito.
Certification starts with a lot of bureaucracy – every process – purchasing, logistics, production, sales, etc. is well documented and every employee has written instructions on what to do and how to do. EVERYTHING in the company should be in order, counted and documented. Production is also to be certified and quality checked. But “Quality” to get this cert should be everywhere – starting from buying raw materials and up to making good customer support. Even if we suggest that there might be lower standards in non-EU countries, Balkan got this certificate from Romanian (i.e. EU) authority, not local one.
