Armour Thyroid (levothyroxine (T4) + liothyronine (T3))

Description

Armour Thyroid  contain a mixture of both forms of thyroid hormones – levothyroxine (T4) and liothyronine (T3). It is used for the treatment of hypothyroidism, or an insufficient thyroid gland, a condition in which the thyroid gland does not produce enough thyroid hormone to regulate body’s growth and metabolism. Since thyroid hormones greately increase metabolism they are often used for weight-loss and fat burning purposes.

How to take Armour Thyroid

It is usually taken with water on an empty stomach, preferably 30 minutes before meals. Usually the starting dose is 30 mg, which is gradually increased by 15 mg every 2 to 3 weeks. It takes several weeks to see normal thyroid hormone levels after starting treatment

Storage conditions

Store it in a cool dry place away from light, the temperature syhould be below 25 ° C.
